Thinking back to when I was about 18, I imagined the life I wanted. So at 18, I decided to really go after the career I wanted. And I think that it’s important to do that. But then I got a part-time job on top of my full-time job. Then I went to school full-time. And yes, I eventually created the career I wanted, but I never spent time enjoying my life. Discovering hobbies, traveling to different places, or really learn what made me happy. The best advice that I would give to someone younger than myself is: yes, work hard at reaching your goals, but leave no stone unturned. Explore music, food, travel, hobbies, dance for no reason at all, laugh, cry, and make time to enjoy your life. Learn what you like to do. Get to know yourself. And create joy.
